HHCA is inviting all IU students to attend our annual Ice Skating event! All expenses are paid, but students will be required to fill out a liability waiver and to bring a photo ID, Crimson Card, and insurance card. Liability Waivers will be provided and collected at your respective bus stops and at Frank Southern Center for those who wish to drive themselves to the venue. Anyone under 18 must have a guardian signature to participate. You cannot enter FSC without an IU ID. HHCA will provide a bus for students that want to attend the event. The bus will pick students up at 8:35pm at Briscoe’s bus stop on Fee Ln and then move on to Teter’s bus stop at Sunrise at 8:50pm with a final stop at 9:00pm at Forest. Please arrive 5-15 minutes early to the lobby of the mentioned residential halls to fill out the necessary waivers to participate in this event. HHCA will have executive board members at each stop and at FSC to help with the waivers and any other questions students may have.
This year’s theme is Ice-Skating with the Stars, so feel free to dress up as your favorite movie actor or character for a night of fun. Hot chocolate, donut holes, and other sweet treats will be provided for all honors students and their friends!
